Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused items, including all original tags and protective plastic on racket handles, securely back into the original shipping box.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location across the USA.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
